My experience ranges from the extremes of performing basic human factors research in the development of air combat training and automated performance measurement for a variety of US NAVY, US Army, and US Air Force combat platforms, to the comprehensive review of astronaut training for NASA, to the founding of the training analysis for the International Space Station, to the development of innovative techniques for the analysis of training needs for the entire lifecycle of the Advanced Assault Vehicle for the US Marine Corps, and to the development of training for both technical and non-technical adult training.

The common thread running through most of my experience has been the need for my clients to do more with less.  As such, I always concentrate my skills and intuitive insight on each client’s greatest technical and human challenges to tailor an effective solution using the most sensible, effective and efficient approach fitting the needs of my customer.
